All returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase. Items purchased more than 10 days ago cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused with original packaging and in resale condition. Clothing that has make-up/tan on them will not be accepted as you understand we cannot resell these items so we advise being careful when trying on clothing items.

Please include the packing slip with your return and write on it the reason for your return to ensure the fastest processing once your package arrives.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to purchase the item.
